Red Dragon Taiji - What do we do?

Our class is ideal for beginners and improvers. This term we will explore the Simplified Style 16 step form.  Besides Taijiquan we also work with flexibility and strength exercises, Qi Gong (pr. Chi Gong) and various stand alone disciplines, including stance exercises and walking forms, including the "Animal Frolics".
