Taiji workshops in North Wales, February 28th, March 1st

Gaynor and Steve Galloway are arranging for several workshops over the weekend, probably in the Ruthin area. These will include Simplified Yang 32 step Sword form, Fan form, 40 step chanquan form and a session of basic meditation, chanting and simple massage exercises.

Gaynor and Steve of Dragon in the Hills and Red dragon taiji respectively will have the information about times, costs and venues soon, please contact them to book a place or for further details. Fans will be available for use/ purchase on the day.

Well, I have a schedule for this Saturday!
I appreciate that it is exceptionally short notice. This is due to me cocking up dates in February in spectacular style.
So please read on for details of this Saturday's workshop in North Wales with Linda Griffiths:-
Llanbedr Village Hall
Starting at 9.30 a.m. - 12 Noon
Lunch: 12 - 1.30 p.m.
Afternoon session: 1.30 - 4 p.m.
Linda is introducing the Sun Style Fan Form for those who are interested (fans available for the day on loan or to purchase) and also continuing Yang Style 32 Step Sword Form.
There will be Chanquan for a change of pace and any other form detail that you wish to work on as Linda is flexible enought to work a number of groups at one time.

£12.50 per session
£10 unwaged
£20 whole day
Please bring packed lunch and something to share.
Teas and coffees will be provided in the cost.

Thank you for an excellent day at Llanbedr Village Hall Linda.
It was very helpful to go over the detail of the Fan Form.
I now have a few fans available for the Dragon in the Hills Community Tai Chi - so practice can continue before Linda comes up again in April.
The suggested dates are Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April 2009. So make a note in your diaries now if you don't want to miss out!!!!
I shall do my utmost to get the venue and workshop running order in place by the end of next week to avoid any inconvenience. Please check this space regularly for the updates.
Sword Form will be on the agenda for sure and so will Fan Form.
Assuring you all of my best attentions at all times.
