Introduction

This course is designed with the Lymphoedema Support Group (Wrexham Division) and provides a curriculum for beginners and those who want to maintain or polish their Simplified Yang form work. In September 8 Step Yang Form will be included in the curriculum and is both quick and easy to learn and a good foundation for longer forms.

What do we do?
This Monday evening class at Wrexham's Memorial Hall explores an ideal variety of Simplified Yang, Qiqong, and miscellaneous disciplines for the Lymphoedema Support Group. Experience not required. Loose fitting clothes and trainers or other flat soled shoes ideal.

Left, the group's efforts culminated in a public demonstration of the Sun Style fan form at the Mayor's day, Wrexham, in 2008.
