For Dragon in the Hills Community Tai Chi, I am currently compiling the list of attendees for Faye's workshop - please ensure that you have booked either with your local teacher or with Taiji-Online to confirm your place.
Looking forward to seeing you there.
Thanks!

Today, Dragon in the Hills Community Tai Chi hosted yet another successful day with Master Faye Li Yip.

This morning, we re-visited the 8 Treasures previously studied with Faye and went into more detail which proved very popular with all attending.

The broadcast exercises made everyone laugh, trying to keep up with the pace!

Faye's keen eye spotted all kinds of fine tuning in the afternoon in the Simplified Yang Beijing 24 Step Form. Many of these amendments will now work their way into our practice that's for certain!

So, thanks to Faye for being here in North Wales and as mentioned - please post me with ideas to incorporate into her next visit.

Thank you also to everyone who came and shared and learned. I know I did.     Smiley

Below is the afternoon group. I must say, my legs are feeling a little achy now - I wonder how everyone else is feeling...

Faye astonished everyone with a demo of the fan:

What a terrific day - I am not sure if you could have squeezed everyone from the morning session into a picture! We even had a preview of Deyin's 2009 t-shirts - really nice, and Fruit of the Loom, too! There's quality!

It was indeed a lovely morning doing the eight treasures with Faye Li Yip, she has a very clear and gentle expression that makes it easy to keep a focus on doing the techniques.

The demo was cool: Quite shocking how loud the fan is when it's opened quickly.

Thanks to GG and the Dragon in the Hills for organising the event.  Smiley
