Dragon in the Hills Community Tai Chi invites all those who wish to practise and focus on the first 16 steps of the above referenced Form.
Gaynor and Vince will be going into detail of each of these moves. These intensive Saturday morning sessions can help students progress.

Thanks very much for that session, Gaynor and Vince! I know the detail went down very well with the Ruthin and Llanbedr students, and it is always so good to see faces from the other classes!

The "hanging tree" exercise will be legendary by the end of this coming week. Promise!

Thanks Zom for reminding me of that little spontaneous image this morning! Don't know where it came from - if it helps students to remember to relax their gluteus maximus, midimus and minimus, then job done!
I do hope that it has helped those who came.
