Master Kam Lau continues his summer series of workshops with a 3 in 1 workshop day on Sunday August 9th at Holly Lodge Girls School, Pavilion Sports Centre, Mill Lane, Off Queen's Drive, Liverpool. The workshops include:

10:00 - 11:00am: Standing Posture, Silk Reeling and Yi Jin Jing Qi Qong.

11:00 - 1:00pm: Xinjia Yi-Lu. Chen Style New Frame Form.

2:00 - 5:00pm: Chen Jian (Straight Sword).

Great day - I am just back from the workshop. Master Kam Lau covered all the bases and Stan covered all the numbers! I am so pleased to have got to the end of the Chen Sword Form. It probably does not look too pretty, but I know what I am aiming at now! Thank you very much for all your effort, and I am really looking forward to the annual Rhuddlan event in less than a month!
