One year after a comprehensive day of seminars organised by Stan Boyd and led by Master Kam Lau, Kam Lau Tai Chi Chuan School returns to Rhuddlan Community Centre on Sunday September 6th with a morning and afternoon workshop:

1. Morning - Standing Postures, Silk Reeling, & Yi Jin Jing

2. Afternoon - Chen "19" Movement Form
