Introduction

Lotus Nei Gong continues its series of Yang Family short form workshops in Brecon on October 16th - 18th, 2009.

Led by LNG senior teacher Paul Mitchell, the weekend course at Brecon's "Bunkhouse" features the Yang Family Short Form as taught within Lotus Nei Gong’s Taiji syllabus. As well as the sequence, Paul will look at  eight postures in detail, along with applications and Toui-Shou or ‘Pushing hands’. Taiji Quan is a Nei Gong system and as such there may also be exercises included to awaken the energy system.

The cost of this one day course is £150.00. This includes board (except Saturday night) and all of the training. On Saturday arrangements are made for a group dinner at a reasonably priced restaurant. You can find out more about the course at Lotus Nei Gong.
