About the day

Taiji Eirianfa, in Association with Dragon In the Hills Community Tai Chi, today announced details of their Qigong workshop on Sunday, October 11th, 2009. The event at Eirianfa, Factory Lane, Denbigh, will be led by Dr Violet Lim and David Athol.

At 9:30am, David Athol will lead a seminar in White Crane Qigong. The morning session ends at 12:30pm. From 1:30pm - 4:00pm, Dr Violet Lim will lead an afternoon of medical qigong, featuring Qi Scattering, the 5 Taoist Yin internal organ excercises, Yi Quan, Golden Ball, Healing Sounds, and Guo Lin.

The event is suitable for practitioners of all abilities, and beginners are welcome. Each session costs £10.00 on admission, and loose clothing, comfortable shoes/trainers, and light refreshment/packed lunch is recommended.
