MORNING -     10.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. - Animal Frolics Qigong
AFTERNOON -   1.30 p.m. -   4.00 p.m. - Simplified Yang 8 Step Form
£15 per session

Faye is an excellent teacher and both sessions will be great fun with the morning introducing ancient animal play exercises and suitable for those who would like to have a first time experience of this ever growing discipline.
Please wear flat shoes and loose clothing.
Everyone is welcome.

The afternoon session is for those who have studied with Steve Kennedy/Steve Galloway/Gaynor Gaynor and have experience of the Yang 8 Step Form as taught by Faye and Tary. I am sure that experienced Tai Chi practitioners would pick up these simplified Yang steps within the session and Faye will be offering her knowledge in alignments and detail on this form so that we can all improve.
